CAVE

This concept was made during my Blender training by DPS school. It is inspired by the project "Excalibur" by Gaétan 'Spartan' Weltzer. The goal here was to create an atmospheric environment with a lot of fog.

COMPOSITION SKETCHES

Firstly, I started by working on composition with thumbnails.

PROPS DESIGN

Secondly, I worked on props to find the design of the focal in this concept. I imagined an ancient cave with a stone altar at the end of the path.

With the right stone tablet, you can activate this altar wich opens the gate in the wall. Behind it, you could find a treasure.

3D BLOCKOUT

Thirdly, I worked on a 3D blockout. I learned a lot on Blender especially about rendering textures and fog.

PAINTOVER

Finally, paintover on Clip Studio Paint to polish this environment.
